Refunds & Returns 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it. All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include intimate-wear items or products that have visible signs of wear.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Items showing signs of wear, perfume, makeup, or damage

  • Items without original tags

To complete a return, we require proof of purchase (order ID or receipt).

Please do NOT send your purchase back to any manufacturer. All returns must be sent only to the PJ Club address provided below.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account

  2. Contact your card provider — refunds can take time to appear

  3. Contact your bank — processing delays may occur

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at pjclublk@gmail.com and send the item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.

If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, ship it to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, delivery time for exchanged items may vary.

If returning items of higher value, consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. PJ Club does not guarantee receipt of returned packages.
