Overview (Read this to see if you are eligible for a return)
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging
All tags and labels must be intact
Items must be free from stains, markings, makeup, perfume, deodorant, or other odors
Items showing pilling, damage, or signs of wear may be denied
Items returned after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted
Non Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Gift cards
Sale or discounted items
Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration
Items without original tags or packaging
- Items with strong odors (smoke, cologne, detergent, etc.)
For hygiene reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return.
To complete a return, proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.
How to Request a Return or Refund

return Shipping
For both returns and exchanges, you are responsible for paying all shipping costs to send items back to PJ Club.
Refunds: If you return an item for a refund and cover the return shipping cost, you will receive the full refund for the product. If the shipping cost is not covered and PJ Club has to pay for it, this cost will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges: You are responsible for the shipping costs to send the item back and to receive the replacement item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for higher value items as PJ Club cannot guarantee receipt of returned or exchanged items without tracking.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, your item must meet all the requirements listed under Returns Eligibility, including being unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
